Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or issues arising from improper use are not considered manufacturing defects.

How does the video proof requirement work?

For Chinese product defect claims, you must provide a continuous, unedited video showing: the unopened package, opening process, initial inspection, and demonstration of the reported issue. The video should clearly show the product serial number and timestamp. This evidence is required for us to process claims with our Chinese suppliers.

Can I exchange a German product for a different model?

Yes, German products can be exchanged for different models within 30 days. If the new model costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the price difference. All exchanges are free of shipping charges for German-origin products.

What is the refund processing time?
